W3D3

Finished week 3 today. It was a little hard, my shins were killing me this time around. I am wondering if its because I ran 3 days in a row????

Week 4 is next and I am thinking about doing it on Sunday. I want to run outside, so I think I will try it out at the middle school, its pretty flat for East Tennessee. ;)

What does week 4 consist of??? UGH

Walk 5 minutes
Jog 3 minutes
Walk 90 seconds
Jog 5 minutes
Walk 2.5 minutes

And you do that TWICE.

Oye. I think I can do it.

(Wendy, lol, no idea what was wrong with my sore throat. It eventually went to only hurting in the late afternoons through the evening for a few days and then not at all. Crazy)

LOL thanks for answering my question, that is odd about your throat but glad it's better!

Hope your aches and pains ease up...it could be just overdoing it 3 days in a row and I did read on fb that you think you need new shoes, that is always a give away when you start to ache. Hopefully, it's just your body getting used to more running and you can continue. GREAT JOB!
