Just got back from the gym. Lea did pretty good today. She cried, but she apparently settled down and didn't stay under the lego table the whole time. LOL She kills me. I accidentally told her today was the last day, but I need to run tomorrow, so hopefully she wasn't listening to me. ;)
I did the ellipitcal today. I havent done the elliptical in a few weeks. Yikes. I don't know why I was thinking I would be able to do 20 minutes without a problem again. I did almost 16 and I was sweating, BIG TIME. I hate that machine. Then I went and did the arm weight machines, 20 reps on 4 machines (3 machines??? Now I dont remember, LOL)
Then the bike. 30 minutes on the bike. I was crashing around 25 minutes but thankfully an old friend/boss of mine from my BK days (before kids) came in and she was talking to us and that got me through. Whats going on with me I wonder? I usedto be able to to do the bike no problem. Odd.
Now though, at 10:20 am, I am EXHAUSTED. I just drank a cup of coffee and I still want to just crawl into bed and go to sleep. Is this right?
