Another dull day

Yep, another dull day. I am actually posting right now, 7:42 pm EST, because I am thinking about going to sleep...nice huh?

I did do one thing today, but I can't tell you about it because it's a secret. ;) It involves my one sisters visit this weekend.

Last week when I went to my kids school for lunch, Andrew's teacher asked me for a favor. I immediately thought it was something to do with Andrew and said uh-oh, but no, she has wanted something for a long time and when she saw the Christmas gift I made her (which, dumb, I forgot to take a picture) she knew I was the one to do it. How nice is that? I added to the gift a large paper clip bookmark and she was wondering if I could make her an even larger one for all her papers, so she could be more organized.

I made a topper for the clip this weekend and I showed it to her in the car line today and she loved it so she will be getting me exactly the wording she wants for them so I can get them done for her. She gave me a hug and told me that this has been on her wish list for years now and she is so excited. How sweet is that?

As soon as I get the info from her and make them, hopefully tomorrow, I love to dive right into this stuff, (worst thing for me is when someone asks me to make something and then waits with the details, drives me mad) I will take a picture and post it.
