Why am I such a fool?
If you have an issue with me, TELL ME!!!! Dear God. I am 37 years old, I can handle it. Don't ignore me. Or, don't tell someone else who has no authority over this, that you are upset. TELL ME! Maybe I can fix it. BUT, if you are going to ignore me, or pretend nothing is wrong, then that's your prerogative, but I just need to remind you, I can't read minds.

Jen, this little transition I am in the middle of isnt going as well as I was led to believe.
Ahhhh hard to be the 'boss' sometimes when you are taking over in the middle.
