I went yesterday morning to the one park here to run week 5, but when I got out I almost slipped on the black ice twice, so back in the car I went. I really did not want to run on the treadmill but I had to run, I hadn't worked out in 4 days!
So, I waited. LOL
I picked the kids up from school, dropped them off, and headed to the park and I did it!!!
I changed my zune music to 5 and 3 minute tunes and ran, or walked, the songs. There was still some ice at a few parts of the path, which made things interesting, but I was able to get it done.
