So, I made the decision to do the crunches and push ups every day, I haven't decided about the elliptical and bike though.
Today I did the 3 reps of 7 push ups and 15 crunches which btw is not getting easier then I decided to torture myself and I did 20 minutes on the elliptical, which is a personal record thank you very much, and 40 minutes on the bike and I increased the course strength. THAT was hard.
I have one bottle of water down, 1 more to go.
Down another pound, so I am minus 10 pounds now.
