added to the numbers

I did workout yesterday but I did it later in the day which is very bad because I was starving when I finished.  Plus, I could not do the elliptical last night.  I am not sure why, but after only 3 minutes my leg muscles were so sore.  I didn't stop though, I made myself get on the bike and I did that for the 30 minutes.  I know I should have done 45.  :(

Today I can still feel the soreness in my legs.

I haven't been doing great with my water either but today is a new day.

I experience major guilt over a lot of things and lately it has been my workouts, and my diet. I totally cheated and ate a damn chocolate peanut butter cupcake from my favorite cupcake place here, and after my workout last night since I was sooooo hungry after I ate a damn cookie butter sandwich.  (Trader Joes Cookie Butter is so amazing.) So, what was the point in working out?

I already did the push ups and crunches this morning. I added a few to each being that this is week 2 since I started them.  I did 3 reps of 7 push ups and 15 crunches this morning.  It actually wasn't as hard as I expected them to be, and really the crunches were worse then the push ups, which is a bit surprising for me.

I am trying to decide if I should be riding the bike, doing the elliptical and the push ups and crunches everyday, not just every other day.  It won't hurt me but I also don't want to wear myself out.  I just don't feel like I am doing enough.

On a side note, I have fallen head over heels in love with music again.  I recently had a song suggested to me and that one song has opened up a whole new genre of music for me.  Right now I am obsessed with Massive Attack.  GOOD music.  ;)
