Strength training.
I am doing this in baby steps so today I did 3 reps of 10 crunches and 5 push ups. The crunches were easy, I need to do maybe 3 reps of 20 on those, but the push ups were HARD. I hate push up so I am very proud of myself for doing 15 this morning.
I also had to cut the grass today. The backyard was beginning to look like a jungle. I live in Knoxville TN, which is hilly so my backyard and the front/side yard are not enjoyable to mow. I got a bit of an upper arm workout again from that.
I only have half a bottle of water left to drink and I will meet my quota for the day. THAT is an accomplishment that I am proud of today.
Tomorrow I head to the park again for walking and maybe some running....we shall see.
