A few good updates

I went to NY a few weeks ago and I was pretty nervous about it.  I was hoping that I would still workout while I was there but I also knew I wasn't going to be eating great and I also knew I would be having some wine.  Well, I didn't work out once, I ate all the NY foods I wanted and I had way more than "some" wine.

It took about a week for me to get back into the swing of things here, but I finally did and I ended up doing 40 minutes on the elliptical. Did you read that right? 40 minutes!!!  I can't even begin to tell you how excited I was. 

I have since done that twice.  Yesterday though was awful. I really struggled to get through it but I did.

As for all that food I ate, I actually only gained a pound back. Not bad.  I am back on track again, and I am down 13 pounds.
