Ron amazes me sometimes

They, as in the oral surgeon and Ron, decided to go ahead with the oral "surgery" as scheduled yesterday. He came home fine. He took a hydrocodone pill about an hour after he got home, not because he was in pain, but just in case the pain starts, he wanted to be ahead of it. Smart on his part. Well, he was knocked out for a solid 4 hours.

I was suppose to go to a demo meeting last night, the one I made all my card fronts for, but decided with how knocked out he was it wouldn't be a good idea leaving him with the kids. He was actually fine though. He did take another pain pill before bed, he had a little throbbing, but that was because he ate, when he wasn't suppose to. Dork.

He actually has a very high tolerance for pain, thats why I was so concerned about him while we were in NC and he had all those issues. He was really hurting then so I knew that it was bad. Now that they fixed the root in his tooth, that shouldn't happen to him again. *fingers crossed*.

Onto PTO stuff, our charter is on its way to the county offices. Woohoo. That means, we have a board. A board with more than just me on it. I already told the office that once we get our approval I will be dancing in the hallways!!!

Today I need to write up a paragraph to add to the Principals newsletter about our first general meeting. Not fun for me. This also means I will be in charge of said meeting. Again, not fun for me. I will survive. Maybe I should start singing that song...no, I promise I wont. :)

I also want to get some cards made. I still have to make a wedding card for my cousin, and I just heard a friend of mine had a baby boy last month so I need to make a card for them. I LOVE making baby cards.

Speaking of baby's, Corie has been put on bedrest for about a week. Baby Murphy is making his presence known by giving Corie lots of contractions, but it is still too early for him to arrive. They are both fine, but keep your fingers crossed that Corie doesn't go insane while on bedrest. Been there, done that, for longer then a week, and it isn't fun.
